And it always happens that the songs speed up when performing live, I think drummers should drink chamomile tea and have rescue drops before a show so that the adrenaline doesn't boost up the BPM Tongue

Make your drummer play to a click, then this doesn't happen and all your delays and modulation effects can be tempo synced which will add much more coherency to your overall sound Smiley

If you've know our drummer (sure you do, Cpt is mighty small) - then a click is out. I like the idea, with IEM's for the whole band - then I could go walk-a-about on the stage  Cool. But as I said, my timing is poor on a good day - so let's just say he was champ for playing with bronchitis and see what the next gig brings.

Pyjama Planet had a backing track and click....but the backing track disappeared in the 2nd song, never to re-appear. Their drummer was NOT happy. Me, I didn't notice, their performance were damn near flawless (imho).

Got a some vid caps from the night - having two videographers in the bands playing has it benefits...1080p video with 4 angles! Not sure when the video will be ready (editing, mixing audio takes time), but the one rough draft I saw was promising  Cool
